Balloons and Tulle
Balloons and tulle never go out of style as decorations for your parties. And, you can certainly find many ways to make them much more interesting and much more beautiful when you get creative with the tulle. You can be surprised by some of the ways you can pair balloons and tulle to make the innovative and eye-catching effect. Start simply enough by attaching the balloons to the back of chairs or centerpieces using ribbon. You might even wind a curled ribbon around a strip of tulle.
There is a more you could do to achieve great eye-catching effect. For example, you could place a square or a circle of tulle on top of a balloon and wrap it around, securing the base with another strip of tulle, a ribbon, or a pipe cleaner, and then add adornments like different colored bows or flowers. You can attach sections of the tulle to the center of the ceiling and stream them to the walls, securing arrangements of the balloons at the center or the corners of the walls. You might want something a little more complex. Place a layer of balloons inside the tulle so that they are suspended above the high in the air. You could drape the tulle over the helium balloons and secure it to the floor on either end to create a unique bow. Play with different colors for effect.
Most Tulle Balloons made this way will not float, not even when filled with helium as the tulle is too heavy. Best to use invisible cord or fishing wire to hang the balloon thus giving it the illusion of floating in the air.
Tulle covered balloons are a wonderful way to enhance a simple cake, turning it into a fabulous masterpiece
