Chocolate Candy Bar Dogs
Chocolate Candy Bar Dogs plus other creatures– Fun Party Desserts
Chocolate candy bar dogs are one of my family’s favorites, probably because we have a love of dachshunds (we use to have 5 dachshunds; our female dachshund had tiny three puppies, and we (actually me) could not part with them, so we kept them all). Gear up your party style with these unique chocolate delicacies that will treat your guests not only to a rich chocolate flavor but also to a unique visual delight. Find yourself small and medium sized icing molds and you are good to start off with your chocolate sculpting.
You will need several small bars of chocolates that are readily available in your local grocery store. Break these bars into tiny pieces and use them to sculpt the body of the chocolate pups or kittens. You may want to melt them a bit before casting them into the shape of your choice.
Using the plastic pipe or an icing mold, add intricate details like ears, tails and whiskers. For the filling inside the pipe, mold you can use molten chocolate or for better results, you could directly carve out the details with fondant.
Chocolate chips and cookies will make for adorable legs and ears of your eatable pups and kittens.
You can expect this job will take time, but once you have finished preparing some dozens Chocolate Candy Bar Dogs, they will surely sweep your guests off their feet. More importantly, they are quite fun to create.
